What to Do

  • You could try traditional dishes like cuy asado (roast guinea pig) or empanadas de pipián. If you eat them, you will discover amazing local flavors.

  • You should go hiking in the mountains around the city. If the weather is nice, you will see spectacular views of the Andes.

  • You can walk through the markets and buy handicrafts. If you talk to the sellers, you will learn more about their traditions.
